Prognosis based resource allocation capability delivery pattern
Prognosis based resource allocation capability delivery pattern modelled using Capability Driven Development (CDD) methodology. For more info on CDD see http://caas-project.eu/getting-started/. BSP cannot allocate the knowledge workers in an efficient way since the system cannot aggregate data from different customers. This pattern uses the information gathered from the global context to support the BSP on the allocation of knowledge workers to the faulty cases if a trend is identified, which is predicted to be dangerous in the future.
