Service Promotion – General capability delivery pattern modelled using Capability Driven Development (CDD) methodology. For more info on CDD see http://caas-project.eu/getting-started/. When having a large set of municipality services available for use, there is a need for a promotion mechanism that can put forward the services that are of interest. For example, some services may be more in demand during certain periods of the year.
