Urgent Clearing capability delivery pattern
Martin Henkel

Urgent Clearing capability delivery pattern modelled using Capability Driven Development (CDD) methodology. For more info on CDD see http://caas-project.eu/getting-started/. Apart from contractually specified cases, a business service provider (BSP) acn receive case clearing queries in varying frequencies depending on the schedule and processing load of the client. Usually, when operating under a certain time pressure, the clients tend to outsource the processes subject to an urgent clearing to BSP, even if they are contractually bound to clear the case themselves. In such cases, the BSP lacks offering a “one-size-fits-all” solution, i.e. a policy including the reoccurring parts of the clearing policies that can be implemented in urgent cases.
