Global and local context management capability delivery pattern
Global and local context management capability delivery pattern modelled using Capability Driven Development (CDD) methodology. For more info on CDD see http://caas-project.eu/getting-started/. Capability management does not only serve the purpose of increasing flexibility when adapting capabilities to new delivery contexts but also supports optimizing the delivery in accordance to a specific context situation. The problem here is that there is a risk to focus on either a local optimization of context where the operational delivery of a capability is performed - or a global view where the overall strategic monitoring and re-design of a capability is done.
