Alumīnija nitrīda nanopulvera plazmasķīmiskā sintēze
Jānis Grabis

AlN nanopowders consisting of hexagonal plate-like particles with average grain size of 60 nm was prepared by using plasma chemical synthesis [2-1]. Raw aluminium powder (99.4%) with particle size in the range of 20-40 µm was injected and evaporated into nitrogen (99.9%) high-frequency plasma flow with average temperature of 5400 K. The prepared nanopowders were collected and stored in realed bottles under nitrogen atmosphere in order to prevent AlN hydrolysis due to contraction with moisture.
