Summary

Izgudrojums attiecas uz būvniecības un mašīnbūves nozari, konkrēti - uz atbalsta konstrukciju izgatavošanas jomu. Ir piedāvāta atbalsta konstrukcija, kura sastāv no gredzenveida vai cauruļveida apvalka, kura dobumā ir izvietots stiegrojošs elements, un dobums ir aizpildīts ar pildmateriālu. Stiegrojošais elements ir izveidots no iepriekš perforētām loksnēm, kuras savā starpā ir savienotas šarnīrveidā caur perforācijas spraugām. Pie tam perforētās loksnes var būt iepriekš izlocītas tā, lai veidotu noslēgtas plaknes. Atbalsta konstrukcijā starp perforētām loksnēm var būt izvietotas arī neperforētas loksnes. Perforētās loksnes atbalsta konstrukcijā var būt nostiprinātas uz centrālā stieņa šarnīrveidā, piemēram ar spirālveida atsperi. Metāla stienis var būt izgatavots kā cauruļveida spirāle. Starp perforētām loksnēm var būt izvietoti atdaloši elementi, kuri ir izgatavoti, piemēram, no magnētiska materiāla, plastmasas vai keramikas. Pirms dobuma aizpildīšanas ar pildmateriālu distancerus var noņemt. Par pildmateriālu var kalpot polimēri, metālisks vai keramisks pulveris (arī to maisījums), smalkgraudains betons. Atbalsta elementus var izmantot gan plakanu, gan stieņveida telpisku konstrukciju izgatavošanai.

The invention relates to the field of civil engineering and machinery. The offered support structure consists of an annular or tubular casing, which cavity is arranged with reinforcing member and filled with the infill material. The reinforcing element is made of pre-perforated sheets, which are hingedly connected to each other. The connection is achieved by the mutual connection of sheets through the perforation openings. In addition, the perforated sheets can be produced with folded profile to form the closed plane. The sheets without perforation can be placed between perforated sheets as well. The perforated sheets in the support structures may be fixed to the central rod hingedly, for example, with helical spring. The metal rod can be made as a tubular coil. The perforated sheets can be separated with spacers, for example, made of permanent magnets, plastics or ceramics. They may be removed before filling the cavity. Polymers, metallic or ceramic powder (also their mixture), fine-graded concrete can be used as infill material. The specified elements may be used for production both of flat and three-dimensional rod-like constructions.
