The invention relates to building industry, particulary to design of elements and method how to fix isolating materials to building wall. The invention consist of sheet like anchor elements (1) interchangeably fitted in to thermal insolation and fixed to building wall (2) and to thermal insolation protective surface (3). Offered anchor element (1) has the shape of prolonged trapeze, and his narrowed end is straighed up and interchangebly connected to building wall (2) or to thermal insolation protective surface (3), but his wider end, divided into branches, fitted in to thermal insolation. Fixing the elements ,according to invention, can provide building energy efficiency.
