Method for producing single cell protein with low malondialdehyde concentration from waste cooking oils

Invention relates to methods for producing fish, husbandry and pet feeds. The single cell protein is produced from waste cooking oil. The biomass obtained contains low level of malondialdehyde. The method provides for microbial fermentation and use of lipases untill stable phase is reached.
