The invention relates to the field of construction production, in particular to methods for non-destructive testing of building structures. The invention can also be used in mechanical engineering, aviation and other fields.
The object of the invention is to develop a method for non-destructive testing of structural connecting units, which will provide an extended range of parameters of the applied shock—vibration load, as well as will provide simultaneous recording of response signals using several linear and angular accelerometers (4). The principal scheme of the non-destructive testing of structural connecting units contains the following elements: impact device (3) (or inductor (9) and pulse generator (10)), accelerometers (4), pulse receiver (5), signal analyzer (6) and computer (7). The invention method envisages further analysis of the obtained data (response signals) by controlling the correlation function from coaxial three linear and three angular accelerations measured by accelerometers (4), thus characterizing the junction of structural elements (1) and (2) with six accelerations in relation to the load application point. In order to ensure high efficiency of the method and control of a wide range of load parameters, a pulsed electromagnetic field with an intensity of 10–100 MA/m and the possibility to adjust the pulse amplitude and frequency as well as the loading speed are used for loading the structure. Loading can be performed with single pulses or repeated pulses with a frequency of 1 to 30 pulses per minute.
