One of the most outstanding environmental issues in European Union (EU) and all over the world is climate changes caused by emission gases that lead to greenhouse effect. At the same time in Latvia and other countries increase consumption of such primary energy resources as natural gas and oil. Hence, one of the European and worldwide issues is also availability of energy resources. Considering, that these resources are available only in few countries, Europe and Latvia have to solve problems regarding power supply reliability. At the moment we focus more on economical issues, because of increasing payments for consumed thermal energy that becomes complicated to pay. The article gives description of the proposed heat insulation method. Evaluating affectivity of proposed method, there is comparison of two heat insulation method.
