The research object of the article is commercial space objects which are the most topical type of investments in Latvia. Research topic of the article is considered investments because appropriate activation of investments would give maximum benefit for investor. Aim of the article is to analyze investments in commercial space objects peculiarities, problems and solutions in Latvia in the context of European Union and appraising it by the development peculiarities of the Latvian commercial objects.
