Comparison of Two Power Electronic Schemes for 3 kW Li-Ion Battery Charger
7th International Conference-Workshop "Compatibility and Power Electronics" (CPE 2011) 2011
Aleksandrs Suzdaļenko, Iļja Galkins

Battery management systems are getting of high importance, mainly due to growing interest in electrical vehicles. It can be concluded that the amount of electrical energy that is going to be transformed to different forms by means of power electronics is growing. In context of energy efficiency and stability two battery charger power circuits are presented, calculated and simulated. The results are discussed and plans for the future work are defined.
