This paper presents results of the research about information security threat applicability to one of the emerging technology implementation concepts. The Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology based concept of designing data management systems was chosen for the research analysis. The paper presents major aspects of the technology architecture concept that are related to information security. This paper also presents results of such evaluation and authors' recommendations for future research and development needs in RFID middle-ware security problems domain.
