Requirements for a Quantitative Grading System of Learning Achievements: Identification and Analysis

In this paper, there are identified and analyzed requirements for quantitative grading systems in formal education, as well as formulated some recommendations which allow to effectively implement these requirements. In the paper, there is also described an improvement of a method for quantitative grading of test results, which allows to make tests with closed-ended questions be resistant to guessing the correct answers by students.
