Abstract | The decisions on radical changes in branch of electric power control and trade in Baltic countries are still caused by essential monopolization, then reasoned with politicians, public, economic and technical factors and not less with international influence followed by ascendance to international alliances and wherewith connection of electric national network to the international grid. Reliable and secure operation of electric power system is a significant component of delivery quality. Consumers now are already used to reliable and uninterruptible quality of power supply and the most part of production process is not capable to be viable without it. |
