The work is devoted to multicriterion optimization problem in power industry. Performed researches’ actuality is approved by necessity of Latvian power system’s efficient functioning, by increasing of its energy independence, by multivariate character of plans and strategies in the area of energetic. There are worked out algorithms for optimization tasks solution from the point of power system operating mode management and development. Performed researches allowed to develop specified algorithms and to use methods of the best solution selection, taking into account such criteria as operating expenses of power system, expenditures on development, power losses and negative effect on the ecology minimization. Developed algorithms’ approbation was realized on the specific problems of Latvian power system and its power network development examples. Acquired results give evidence about produced algorithms’ capacity and validity of up-to-date multicriterion optimization methods’ usage for their realization. The thesis is written in Latvian, includes introduction, 5 chapters, conclusions, list of references, 3 appendixes, 50 figures, 26 tables, 150 pages in total. List of references consists of 99 items.
