The title of thesis is „Technological assurance for machine part’s micro-geometry spatial parameters”. Methods for prediction of surface roughness according to technological parameters are developed as well as a concept of adaptive control of machining is designed. Work includes an analysis of known state of art in prediction of surface roughness according to technological parameters. In addition, 2D surface roughness parameters are replaced by 3D surface roughness parameters and analyze of advantages of 3D surface roughness parameters over 2D surface roughness parameters are conducted. 3D surface roughness prediction models are experimentally developed for milling and turning, using both regression analysis and fuzzy logic. Possibility to use fuzzy logic technology assurance solutions is studied. Accuracy of regression and fuzzy logic prediction models is evaluated, including a comparative analysis. Concept of adaptive control of machining is created, using fuzzy logic.
