For the evaluation of EU funds operation effectiveness authors offer apply approach that consists of the most important EU funds allocation and operation elements, including EU funds operational processes and their results. Such approach would ensure all-embracing EU funds operation evaluation taking into account all the EU funds operational aspects and would solve EU funds effectiveness evaluation methodological problems.
