The objective of this study was to find out influence of the triangle-shaped hydrograph on time-dependent local scour at hydraulic structures during flood under clear-water conditions. The method for estimating the scour development with time was used to perform computer modeling and to compute scour depth for the floods with different duration and shape of hydrograph. It was found that the shape of hydrograph affects the scour parameters. The results obtained in this study are presented in figures and tables and confirm our conclusions.
