Development Tendency of the Baltic Power System

The article discusses the development of Baltic power system, related to the program of the European Union (EU) to improve the security of energy supply, competitiveness and improve the development. Considered infrastructure project meets the needs of electricity in the EU. The high-light issues are plan of Baltic energy markets merging and Latvian energy market development tendency.
