Sustainable Development Problems of the Apartment Policy in Latvia

The aim of the research is to state the problems of the Social economic environment within the apartment policy in Latvia. Results discovered would be the base to elaborate suggestions for optimization of dwelling technologies. The mathematic, monographic and statistical forecast methods were applied.
