| Abstract | Silicon Carbide (SiC) Ceramics has many positive characteristics to compare with other materials and other ceramic bricks. Because of that these advanced ceramics are used as refractory bricks for using in high heat environments such as kilns and furnaces. The goal of this paper is to characterize the bricks of silicon carbide and define its uses and perspective uses. |
