The description of jobs shall reflect the aggregate of functions to be performed by a customs officer in his/her working place at a customs checkpoint. The author of the article has elaborated a methodology for compiling a Job Description in customs. However, a similar approach can be applied in elaborating job descriptions for any other branch of the national economy.
