Assessment of Optimal Power Flow Application in Long-Term Development Planning

This paper is focused on sustainable development management principles with attention to optimal power flow (OPF) application in development tasks. Existing method for criterion calculations in development tasks with market conditions is taken as starting point. Methods for OPF problem solving and assumptions in development tasks are provided in the paper.
