The main problem of development and improvement of Baltic States uniform energetic systems is considered. In the paper is noted, the influence of various factors on the pricing in the region and particularly the electricity price level in Scandinavia. Particular measurements are summarized on the development of new intersystems with Scandinavian and Poland as well as new self-region generating powers. The realization of which will contribute to the further development of systems independency in the Baltic region and it will be major step on the road to the creation the uniform market for continental Europe.
