Housing policy of any country is closely linked to the overall national policy of the country, the welfare of its inhabitants, as well as reduced social isolation and, therefore, characterizes the development of the country. Systematization of the influencing factors on the functioning of the real estate market is of great importance to identify factors and patterns and trends of their influence.
