Adult learners differ from others, they are often related to lack of learning motivation, learning experience and communication abilities. Every year adult learners’ age is getting younger and bigger challenge is coming to adult educators in teaching them. Because of the increasing age of adult learners adult educators need new skills and ways of thinking and teaching. This project enabled adult educators to learn from each other new ways of teaching adults at the same time improved their language and IT skills, developed partners’ cultural identity. The project formally launched in 2012 and continued until 2014 July. As it was planned, the project started with the collection of the data for the research in order to get the data of challenges that partners face in their institution (www.smc.kedainiai.lm.lt, www.iipc.lv, www.buts. lv). To make communication easier the website was created at the same time http://nordplusproject.jimdo.com. During the first meeting partners discussed on the basis of the guide. It was decided to make an international research in partners countries on the challenges that occur. An online questionnaire was created in order to find out the challenges at a personal, professional, institutional and state level. The survey also includes the SWOT analysis on this issue http://www.iipc.lv/survey/. On the basis of the international research the partners’ countries agreed on the recommendations on how to challenge an adult to teach an adult.
