Calculation of 3D Texture Parameters

The nature of the surface roughness is a result of mechanical processing, which can be described by random of two variables. 3D surface roughness parameters are determined by simple rough surface model. Two types of surface contacts were examined: plastic and elastic to calculate the contact resistance in welding and wear intensity. The Oscillating rolling machining influence on the surface state was determined and the model of surface simulation and the equation of surface texture height were offered.
