The chemistry of triazolyl-substituted purine nucleosides is attractive since some of them exhibit fluorescent, antiviral and anticancer characteristics. In 2013 our group reported the synthesis of 2,6-bistriazolyl purine nucleosides in ribo- and arabino-series and reactions thereof. Herein we present the previously unreported deoxyribo-analogs
