Graphene oxide reduction is one of the most promising methods for large scale graphene production. The reduction process was carried out using sodium NaBH4 with valence metal ion assistance. The reduced graphene oxide structure is characterized with Raman spectroscopy. The size distribution and dispersion stability was determined, as well as electrical conductivity.
