Organizational Aspects and Needs of E-Government: a Knowledge Path for Designing and Implementing Value Interoperable Services

The LLP European Leonardo da Vinci projcct 'ELGI - eLearning for eGovernment' aims at the development of an e-course for acquiring knowledge concerning interoperability in the field of e-government. It considers European and national dimensions of interoperability and provides the design specification of the e-course. The course modular structure is described and screenshots of the ecourse are included. The essay presents main results of the project and the development of an e-course for acquiring knowledge concerning interoperability. The goal of the paper is to present the experience of the authors, the development activities, and the main results achieved so far.
