Is it Necessary to Change the Methodolgy of Building Energy Calculations?

In this article we offer for discussion proposals for changes in building energy efficiency calculation method [4], for buildings with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, in particular: 1) for the divided duration of the heating period and the corresponding number of degree days calculation, for the building heating and mechanical ventilation systems; 2) how the ventilation heat loss Qapk Ve (Wh) is calculated; 3) for the additional scale in the building energy certificate for the building energy efficiency calculation results and the calculated air quality level.
