Famous Photographers from Liepaja in Riga Museum

The present article deals with famous photographers of Liepaja Leons Bečalis (Leon Bečalis) and Janina Tallat-Kelpšs (Janina Tałłat-Kiełpsz), who are of Polish origin. The article focuses on the development of history of Latvian photography, as well as it provides detailed information on the Latvian Museum of Photography.
