Heightened interest recently for nano fragmented layers, especially metallic oxides caused by the possibility of transformation in nanocomposite layers of ZnO (Zn), TiO2 (Ti) with nano-Si and Ti fragments, which is important for tasks of nanoelectronics. There are a literature study, including our demonstrated the laser - stimulated phase separation film SiOx on nanoclusters oxide SiO2 at intensities close to the threshold of phase transition of the first kind, but non-destructive for the system SiOx/Si.
