We present planar perovskite CH3NH3PbI3-xClx (x~0,03) solar cell prepared by two step interdiffusion method [1] and/or by new one step method [2], where dry powder of perovskite was obtained by repeated centrifiguration and washing in isopropanol. After drying this substance is dissolved in DMF with adding 10% HI water solution and spin coated on substrate. Cell is built using inverted conformation (p-i-n) where hole transporter (p) and electron blocking layer is PEDOT:PSS or polymer poly-TPD. For electron transport and hole blocking layer (n) is used soluble fullerene derivative PCBM covered in vacuum by 60 nm thick C60 layer. As top electrode thermally evaporated Ag in vacuum is used. The main photovoltaic characteristics have been investigated in situ in the same vacuum camera without breaking the vacuum.
