Synthesis and Application of Fluorescent Adenosine Derivatives

Nucleoside analogues exhibit valuable properties. They have been used as antivirals and anticancer agents. Fluorescent analogues are also of high interest. Our work offers route to nucleoside modification via azide-alkyne Click reaction and SNAr reaction sequence.
