We present our investigation of narrow spectral lines, emitted from microsize mercury/xenon electrodeless light source in magnetic field. The spectral line shapes were registered by the Fourier transform spectrometer and deconvoluted by means of a regularisation method. Two approaches were used to obtain the regularisation parameter. The plasma temperature and magnetic field intensity were obtained.
