Abstract | A task of the defining of the structural reliability factors of electric power systems is suggested to be solved by means of the minimum sections (MS) method . An algorithm based on the ring sum of the basic sections (BS) is proposed for the formation of set of MS. With this aim a matrix of BS is introduced and analysed. The algorithms of the spanning graph and filtration of the random sections are suggested for the MS extraction from them. The sufficient conditions of the multi-component of the resulting graph are proved |
