Active learning students mathematics, Using the platform "MOE" is a hot topic, as the teaching methodology largely determines the quality of education. The purpose of the work - procedure as the possibility of leaning on student motivation, to boost the methods of teaching mathematics and to achieve active learning. Successful teaching exact Sciences in the University is possible only in case when students sufficient knowledge of elementary mathematics. Experience shows that many adopted in the Riga Technical University students ' knowledge in elementary mathematics sufficient in order to successfully master the advanced mathematics and other subjects on the exact and technical Sciences. In order to help such students at the Riga Technical University has developed an additional course on elementary mathematics on the mooc platform.rtu.lv. In the course of elementary mathematics deals with topics that students need for successful study of higher mathematics. Each topic contains three kinds of materials: theory in the form of video lectures, exercises and tests. This course allows students to improve their knowledge by studying mathematics a new simple interactive way.
