In the world is about one billion of disabled people. About one third of these people are people with mobility or movements impairments. For the large part of these people, qualitative, smart wheelchairs with protection systems feedback are too expensive. Most of electrified wheelchairs have only visual feedback to the user, which usually overload attention of the user. In order to reduce the load on user’s vision, it is more convenient to use another type of feedback to prevent dangerous situations as tilting or collision with obstacles, and it is haptic feedback. Vibration motors must work in wide range of frequency spectrum and produce controlled intensity in every frequency point. In this paper described specially developed testing system for 3d printed permanent magnet voice coil motor VCM. Testing system make possible to change mechanical load of vibration actuator. Measure current and acceleration parameters.
