            Real estate market has a number of functions and tasks, and the entrepreneurial activity in the real estate business has its own characteristics. Authors define that Real Estate Transaction Entity is an organisation (such as a business or governmental unit) that has an identity separate from those of its members, and which that economic activity (in a form of transaction) is related with real estate.
