One of the most important trends in modern electric power industry development is the creation of an effective system for managing power grids load schedules. Analysis of power systems daily electrical loads schedules shows that their unevenness tends to increase, taking into account renewable sources growth in unregulated electricity production, jeopardizes the reliability of electrical energy supply and functioning of the electrical energy market. A significant contribution to addressing the alignment of electric power system load diagrams can make electric vehicles to become effective users (generators) - the regulators. Functional features of these devices are able to solve the problem as a failure of filling the night schedule of electrical loads and to provide the necessary balance of power generation throughout the day. Statement of the problem is also devoted to mismatch factors considering energy consumption graphs isolated from the power consumer and its production by this energy source in renewable energy sources effectiveness evaluation. The aim of this work is to develop proposals for evaluating the impact of systems V2G (Vehicle-to-grid) to smooth the electrical load curve in terms of unregulated renewable energy growth.
