With multiplying loadings on an axis and increase of carrying capacity of carriages loading increases on their supporting knots, in particular, the vibrations of crossing of basket of carriage are accompanied the periodic precipices of areas of supporting surface of center plate to trail bearing of train beams of 2 light carts of carriages. Trail bearing the knots of light carts of carriages in the process of between repair period work in the conditions of dry friction at presence of high contact pressures and dynamic influence, as a result wears out supporting and persistent surfaces of center plate. Wear of workings surfaces of knot foot knop brings center plate over to the defect of carriage and basket parts of carriages, to displacement of their center and, as a result, to worsening of lateral stability, that can lead at confluence of row of circumstances to the tails of carriage. The analysis of statistical data showed that each 5-6 years from a wear a train beam and center plate is replaced. A situation is aggravated tem, that to pour off foot knop and beams in oftentimes more dear, than to repair. Therefore there was a necessity of repair of center plate and train beams.
