On a Two-Dimensional System of Differential Equations Related to the Theory of Gene Regulatory Networks

We consider system of two differential equations that models two-element gene regulatory network. We describe the changes that system undergoes if the parameters and entries of the regulatory matrix are perturbed in some way. A special attention is paid to attractors of the system.
