The mathematical model of genetic regulatory network (GRN) is studied. This model consists of ordinary differential equations of a special kind, where the nonlinearity is represented by a sigmoidal function and the linear part is present also. The evolution of GRN is described by
the solution vector X(t), depending on time. Attractors of the system are of special importance
since they define future states of a network. We consider the four-dimensional model. The attractors are constructed and their properties are discussed.
