Mathematical Modelling of Evolution of Multidimensional Networks
2. International Congress on Mathematics and Geometry: Proceedings Book 2021
Felix Sadyrbaev, Inna Samuilika

We consider systems of two and six differential equations. We describe the changes that system undergoes if the entries of the regulatory matrix are perturbed in some way. We construct examples of attractors for autonomous systems of ordinary differential equations (ODE) which appear as models of genetic regulatory networks.
