Digital Learning Tool (DML) “Construction and Technical Operation of Electrical Networks and Electrical Installations” provides an opportunity to master the operation of the electricity system, the structure of electrical networks and installed in it the principles and peculiarities of the operation of the equipment, the accounting of the electrical networks, as well as the organizational and compliance with technical measures. The teaching aid has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the European Qualifications Framework and Latvian work market requirements, taking into account the developed map of vocational education modules. The learning tool is provided learners and teachers of vocational education institutions, and its content is determined by industry and work market needs that motivate and ensure professional development and further training the opportunity for learners to prepare for professional activities. The learning tool will be useful not only for learners to start acquiring knowledge in energy, but also industry, as it includes up-to-date information on modern power supply techniques issues, their legal framework, challenges and trends in the 21st century.
