Counting of Water Consumption on Apartment Buildings in Riga City

Water meters inspected in flats. We examined the conditions and method of installation of the flat meters. The precision of the water meters was measured on a special test-stand. The precision of water meters was tested in vertical and horizontal positions and with a tilted clock-face. We gave recommendations to improve water metering in flats.
