Sustainability forecasting of digital technologies is based on the assessment of the regularities of the impact of technology attributes on business, society and the environment. The authors of the article offer a universal approach based on the general attributes of digital technology and use of a two-level hierarchical Bayesian acyclic network structure for impacts probabilities propagation assessment.
