Digital Technology Unanticipated Factors Influence on Sustainability Forecast
2021
Egils Ginters

Uncertainty has a critical impact on predicting the sustainability of digital technology. The Bayesian network in BayesFusion GeNIe environment depicts the interaction of hidden and unanticipated factors and the effect on the resulting factor - Unanticipated Consequences. The influence of each factor is divided into three levels - High, Medium and Low. By highlighting the evidence of factors specific to digital goal technology, it can be seen how significantly Uncertainty will have an impact on the sustainability forecast. The audience of the model can be technology sustainability researchers, as well as authors and investors of digital technologies.
